The ask: Streamline the Xbox return and exchange process. What sounded straightforward turned out to be a massively challenging adventure through a myriad of obstacles that included having to account for user behavior and expectations, manufacturing processes, time zones and locations, billing and return policies and big corporate legalese. In the end, we got it done. The resulting documentation to capture the complexities is still some of our proudest. Blitz was the lead agency on this project.
